What to do if a user can't log into Nimbello

Troubleshooting invalid password and password reset emails not sending

Nothing is more frustrating than starting your work day only to find out that you can't log in.  Whether you're a computer wiz, a system administrator, or a novice in the computer world, this article aims to help you quickly resolve users that are unable to sign into Nimbello.

This is a brief tutorial that should resolve the majority of log-in issues, but if you still have no luck after reading this, if you yourself cannot access Nimbello, or if you have any questions at all, feel free to contact Nimbello Support by shooting an email to Support@nimbello.com

1.  Towards the top of the page, navigate to Setup > User Setup

2.  Locate the user that is having logging issues, and click View

3.  Verify with the user that they are entering their login properly.

Note: They should be typing in their username as seen in the "Login" field, not their email address.  (This has happened to me before when my autofill decided for some reason I should use my email address instead of username this time, go figure)

4.  If that wasn't the issue and the user is getting a message stating "Invalid Password", try resetting their password.  Click Password Reset as seen below.

Note:  The user should receive a password reset email.  If they do not see this email in their inbox, have them check their spam folder while you verify their email address is entered correctly in the "email" field on the User Setup page as seen below.
