What is Verification Status?

Nimbello's Customer-Centric Approach to Expedite Questions on Invoices

In contrast to EA Verification status, Nimbello employs a distinct process termed Verification Status for handling inquiries that require the attention of the customer's Accounts Payable (AP) team. When Nimbello Account Administrators encounter questions or issues that surpass their expertise, the respective invoice is manually placed in Verification Status, highlighting the need for client collaboration in resolving specific matters. Some common examples of such questions include:

  • Please review the vendor to which this is being processed, we are unsure which to choose.
  • Please review the invoice total, there are multiple totals listed on this invoice.
  • Please review the invoice date, this appears to be from 8 months ago
  • Please review the invoice number, there are two listed and we're unsure which should be used
  • Please review:  This appears to be a duplicate with a different total listed
  • Please review the PO number, it is hand written and we are unsure what it says
  • Please review the total and line item on invoice.  There appears to be a math error, quantity x unit price does not equal total invoiced.
  • Please review:  The invoice total is $0

In conclusion, while EA Verification focuses on internal checks and corrections, Verification Status emphasizes client collaboration for addressing inquiries beyond the scope of Nimbello's Account Administrators. This client-centric approach reflects Nimbello's dedication to providing a tailored and inclusive solution, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial workflows through joint efforts with clients.
