The Post Date in Nimbello determines the date the invoice is applied within your ERP system. Typically, this date is either the date of import, or a static date, like the last day of the posting period.
For example:
- If an invoice imports to your ERP from Nimbello on January 15th, the Post Date could be set to January 15th.
- Or, if your company always uses the last day of the month, it would be January 31st regardless of what day it imported.
