If you ever have a question about an invoice; whether you are having trouble finding an invoice that was sent to Nimbello, would like the status on an invoice, or are experiencing any issues; you should submit a Support Ticket online, or send an email to Support@nimbello.com. A ticket will be created for you, and our support team will usually message you back within a day.
Your question will be directed to the appropriate department. Many common questions will be directed to your account administrator, whereas more complicated issues will be escalated to other departments
