Additional information on the PO invoice approval rule.
Rule Overview
The PO invoice approval rule is designed to allow for PO invoices to go through an approval process prior to export. This may be due to your ERP utilizing 2 Way PO's that don't require receipts on them or just when extra controls are requested. The PO approval is directed to a single user to approve the invoice before it is allowed to go to Ready to Export status.

How to Clear This Hold
To clear this hold, the directed to user will need to review the invoice. Once the invoice is reviewed they will have two options: approve or reject. To approve the invoice, they can scroll down to the Materials / Services Invoiced section and click Ok to Pay to approve it.
Alternatively, the invoice can be rejected. This can be done from the invoice detail page in the communication area. Click on the Vendor Error button to start the vendor invoice rejection process.
