When we click on view, AP will see everything in this queue.

Key information includes:

  • Name, Invoice, Purchase Order

  • Dates and how long it’s been in the system

  • Who it’s directed to (e.g., Norm, Cooper)

  • Days without action and why it’s on hold

  • Various tracking mechanisms

From an AP perspective, you can quickly see:

  • Where the invoice is

  • Who it’s with

  • How long it’s been in the system

  • Whether it’s on hold

From a user perspective (e.g., logged in as Cooper), you’ll only see two invoices in the queue—one with a pricing hold and one with a receipts hold.

You can configure who is responsible for correcting each type of hold:

  • Do you want everything to start with AP, or automatically go to the buyer for pricing issues or to someone who handles taxes for tax issues?

  • For dollar-based holds, you can set a tolerance for handling them.
