On the left side, your center section contains commenting and directing tools.

  • You can comment to individuals within the site, including the vendor (if the Vendor Portal is enabled).

  • You can email vendors directly with questions.

  • You can redirect invoices by sending them to someone's queue, so they appear on their My Task page.

  • You can use standard comments—pre-filled messages for frequently used responses, saving you time.

The middle section shows comment history:

  • This records all updates and overrides, tracking who made changes, when, and why.

  • For example, this history goes back to July of last year, showing every interaction.

  • At any time, you can review past activity to see what happened with an invoice.
