How to find and use Life Cycle Report to get a report for specific division or PO types
To get to the Life Cycle Report page, hover over "Reports" and select "Life Cycle Report" as seen below.
This will bring you to the Life Cycle Report page. Once here you need to select your search parameters. To run the report you need to at least select a begin and end date. You can also change what PO type you are looking for and select specific divisions to run the report on.
For this example I will only be using the Begin and End Date. In the image below you can see the results of my search. The search will give you general statistics of the invoices found right below the search button. Here you can see info like the "State" your invoices were in and also the "Status" of those invoices.
Below the general statistics you will see all the invoices found on this report, there is also an "Export to Excel" button that will download the report into an Excel so that it may be easier to see all the invoices at once and you can save those results there.
