How to Update Invoice Information

A short tutorial to help you quickly and correctly edit invoice details in Nimbello

In Nimbello, managing and updating invoice information is a straightforward process that ensures accurate records and smooth financial transactions. Whether you need to modify the purchase order number, invoice number, invoice date, or vendor details, Nimbello provides a user-friendly interface to facilitate changes such as these efficiently.

First navigate to the Invoice Details by logging into your Nimbello account and going to Search Invoice. Locate the invoice that requires updating and click on "Details" to access its specific information.

From the invoice details page, click on the "Open Edit/Save" button located towards the top of the page. This action will enable you to make changes to the invoice information by "Opening the Edit"  You will later use the same button to "Save" your changes.

In the "Header" section of the invoice details, you'll find fields for editing the purchase order number, invoice number, invoice date, and vendor information. Update the relevant fields according to your requirements.

After making the necessary modifications, click on "Open Edit/Save" once again. This action confirms and saves the changes you've made to the invoice information.

By following these steps, users can easily modify details such as purchase order numbers, invoice numbers, dates, and vendor information with confidence and efficiency.
