How to find an invoice

Using "Search Invoice" and "Easy Page" to find missing invoices

When looking for an invoice in Nimbello, there are a couple different pages you can use.  Depending on what information you have to go by, or your specific situation, you might find that you prefer to use one option over the other, but it is useful to be aware of both methods.

Method 1: The Search Invoice Page

  1. Click on Transactions to open the drop-down menu, and then select Search Invoice.

  2. Use any of the search fields to filter results.  If an invoice is archived, it will not appear on this page unless you change the invoice status to archived.

Method 2: The Easy Page:

  1.  Click on Transactions to open the drop-down menu, and then select Easy Page

  2. Differently from the Search Invoice page, here you can enter the “start import date” to help narrow down your results.  On the Easy Page you can also search for key words in the “invoice notes” section.  For example, if you know that the invoice you're looking for includes a specific comment referencing “GL Coding” or “Hey John, can you please”  this could be the best way to filter for those results.

Tips:

  • If you are having trouble finding an invoice, try changing the Invoice Status to archived.
  • You can export your search results by clicking the Excel Export button at the bottom of either page.
