How to get help from Nimbello - 3 Ways To Submit a Support Ticket

If you ever have a question or issue that needs to be addressed by Nimbello, you can easily contact Nimbello Support using one of these methods.

Note: Nimbello Support is available 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday excluding observed US holidays.

Create A Ticket Online

  1. Go to www.Nimbello.com/support
  2. In the top right, click Create Ticket
  3. Provide a brief summary in the Issue field
  4. Provide as much detail as possible in the Details field
  5. Attach any relevant screenshots or attachments
  6. Provide contact information so we can get back to you (Name, Email, Company)
  7. When you are finished, click Submit

Email Support

Send an email to Support@Nimbello.com

Tips:

  • Provide a brief summary of your request in the email Subject
  • Provide as much details as you can in the email Body
  • Attach any relevant files or screenshots

Create A Ticket using the Ticket Portal

  1. NOTE:  Not all customers have access to the Ticket Portal.  If you would like access to this feature, let us know by contacting Support using one of the above options.
  2. Go to www.Nimbello.com/Support
  3. In the top right, click Go To Customer Portal
  4. Login using your username and password
  5. In the top right, click File A Ticket
  6. Complete the ticket form and submit

After-Hours Emergency Support

After-Hours Emergency Support is reserved for specific emergency situations.  Your request must meet one of the following criteria to qualify for after-hours support:

  • System down > Nimbello cannot be accessed at all
  • Limited system access > Multiple users cannot access or login to Nimbello.
  • Integration failing > Nimbello has broken the integration
  • Ready to Export is Empty > Zero invoices are making it to Ready to Export
  • We can't do a Check Run > Due to Nimbello system failures, we CANNOT pay our vendors
