How to get help from Nimbello - 3 Ways To Submit a Support Ticket
If you ever have a question or issue that needs to be addressed by Nimbello, you can easily contact Nimbello Support using one of these methods.
Note: Nimbello Support is available 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday excluding observed US holidays.

- Go to www.Nimbello.com/support
- In the top right, click Create Ticket
- Provide a brief summary in the Issue field
- Provide as much detail as possible in the Details field
- Attach any relevant screenshots or attachments
- Provide contact information so we can get back to you (Name, Email, Company)
- When you are finished, click Submit

Create A Ticket using the Ticket Portal
- NOTE: Not all customers have access to the Ticket Portal. If you would like access to this feature, let us know by contacting Support using one of the above options.
- Go to www.Nimbello.com/Support
- In the top right, click Go To Customer Portal
- Login using your username and password
- In the top right, click File A Ticket
- Complete the ticket form and submit
After-Hours Emergency Support
After-Hours Emergency Support is reserved for specific emergency situations. Your request must meet one of the following criteria to qualify for after-hours support:
- System down > Nimbello cannot be accessed at all
- Limited system access > Multiple users cannot access or login to Nimbello.
- Integration failing > Nimbello has broken the integration
- Ready to Export is Empty > Zero invoices are making it to Ready to Export
- We can't do a Check Run > Due to Nimbello system failures, we CANNOT pay our vendors
