Can I manually update an invoice's status?

Using the Status Changes page to update an invoice's status manually.

NOTE: In the default configuration, only Super Users and AP Admin users are able to access the Status Changes page.

In Nimbello, certain users are able to update an invoice's status manually. While there is the ability for these same users to update an invoice's status from the Invoice Details page, there is also the Status Changes page that allows users to filter a list of invoices that they wish to update.

You can navigate to the Status Changes page by mousing over the Transactions tab on the ribbon and scrolling down to the Status Changes button and clicking.



Once you are on the page, you can filter by:
Vendor Name
Vendor Number
Invoice Number
Invoice Status
Import Date
Export Date

Click Search to pull a list of invoices like the below example. Clear the filters by hitting the clear button.

The Change Status column will allow the respective invoice in each row to be changed to any status in the system.

NOTE: Certain status changes can break the normal operation of the Nimbello worflow. Contact support if you have any questions.

If the invoice is a NPO invoice, you can use the Approval Group column to update any invoice's Approval Group as well.

Statuses and approval group changes are done one at a time by clicking the Change Status button in each row.
