What is Awaiting Confirmation Status?

Why Invoices Pass Through "Awaiting Confirmation" Status and what to do if they appear to be stuck there.

In Nimbello, you may occasionally see invoices stuck in "Awaiting Confirmation" status. This is usually temporary and nothing to worry about; however, if invoices stay in this status for an extended period, it could signal an issue that requires further investigation.

When an invoice is in "Awaiting Confirmation" status, it means that the invoice has successfully exported from Nimbello to your ERP system. At this stage, Nimbello is waiting for an "error/confirmation" file from the ERP, which indicates whether the invoice was received successfully or encountered an issue.

If an invoice remains in this status for more than a day and appears to be stuck, there could be a problem with the file transmission or the integration setup. In this case, we recommend contacting Support or reaching out to your integrator to investigate and resolve the issue.
